Abstract

The article examines the main factors of the social well-being of teaching staff, such as: the state and trends of the Russian education system, and the peculiarities of the labor activity of teaching staff. Also, the work presents the main approaches and methods for studying social well-being, presents various scientific works with the results of research on the social well-being of teachers in the Russian Federation. The main part of the work is devoted to a recently conducted large study of social well-being among teaching staff in the Republic of Buryatia, and its results.
