Abstract

It is proved that the economic activities of any organization is carried out in
 a social environment, so managers, entrepreneurs need to evaluate the
 usefulness of their actions, not only from the point of view of common sense,
 and morality. In the modern organization management position undoubtedly
 plays a crucial role in making decisions that have to be combined as commercial
 (business) standards of conduct and ethics.
