Abstract
The article deals with the management of high-tech engineering enterprises in the context of digitalization. The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the fact that the use of automated control systems is a fairly powerful tool with which planning, management, accounting, optimization of the production process takes place and, as a result, production efficiency increases significantly. The authors pay attention to the automated process control system, ERP system and PLM system. The goals and objectives of the management of engineering enterprises are disclosed. In conclusion, blocks are proposed for which it is necessary to assess the current level of digitalization, as well as the principles of introducing digital technologies in the development of new products.
