Abstract

The catalytic combustion of samples in the satellite flow of the catalyst was investigated in order to assess the efficiency of combustion and determine the concentration of harmful substances in flue gases. The optimal temperature regimes of catalytic combustion have been determined. The authors of the work have shown thatthe combustion of heavy oils and petroleum waste in the autothermal mode provides the necessary environmental safety of the process. Based on the results obtained during the catalytic combustion of samples in the autothermal mode with an excess air coefficient 1.2, it was shown that the amount of emissions of harmful substances does not exceed the maximum permissible emissions for each component
