Abstract

This study was to examinate the effects of Martial art Sport Leader’s self-esteem on job satisfaction and service orientation. For this purpose, we surveyed u-metropolitan city Martial art Sport Leaders. 132 subjects were statistically analysed. For this data analysis, frequency, exploratory factor, reliability, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were analyzed using the spss 23.0 program. The main results are as follows: First, The self-esteem of martial art sport leader had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, The self-esteem of martial art sport leader had a positive effect on service orientation. Third, Job satisfaction of martial art sport leader had a positive effect on service orientation. Based on these findings, implications and suggestions for future research were discussed.
