Abstract

This article elaborates on the peculiarities of contemporary technologies of establishment, management and control of remotely based employees. Additionally, the main advantages of the formation and maintenance of distant workforce with examples of a few modern organizations. The main tendencies and developments of the technologies, which increase the efficacy and appeal of remote workforce to various companies, are underlined as well. Finally, the main problems and difficulties, which arise during the implementation and utilization of the remote workforce management systems, the paths of development and solution of the urgent problems of organization of distant employees are overviewed.
