Abstract

The article deals with the specialization of modern legislation. The author notes that specialization is used in almost all spheres of life, including educational, scientific, economic, medical and many others. Specialization as an integral phenomenon in the modern world has one of the main tasks — it is to improve the processes developing in society. It is noted that specialization in law has a dualistic character. On the one hand, it is determined by the objective and subjective factors of real life (primarily the economy); on the other hand, law is subject to the same deep processes that are inherent in all other branches and spheres of public activity. The author states that the process of specialization in law is inevitable.
