Abstract
The article provides a detailed analysis of the applied methods of project management in public administration. Evidence of the benefits of using flexible management methods is given, since innovative project management technologies offer new methods that save resources, as well as the project budget. A review of the experience of using flexible project management technologies in public authorities in a number of Western countries is proposed, the advantages and disadvantages of this experience are identified.
