Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of the formation and development of the classical state and classical democracy in Uzbekistan in the modern world, where globalization and technological revolution transform the essence of both the state and democracy. The article argues the need to abandon the post-Soviet lexicon in the discussion and understanding of the political perspective. It highlights the problem of archaic remnants in public relations, which not only contradict the modernization of society and the state, but they are also largely objectified in the geopolitical interpretations of the country’s development directions. It also focuses on the hypothesis of post-democracy and non-democracy.
