Abstract

The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that crowdfunding is developing rapidly every year. At the same time, the existing legal regulation of relations in this area lags somewhat behind existing realities. It is this fact that necessitates a detailed study of crowdfunding as a legal phenomenon, establishing its features and legal essence. Within the framework of existing studies, these issues are not fully disclosed, and, accordingly, they need more in-depth study.
