Abstract

The article highlights the International Student Research and Practice Online Conference “Eurasian integration – current trends and prospects for development”, which was held on December 24, 2022 at the Institute for Eurasian and Interregional Studies of the Russian State University for the Humanities. Undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students of the Institute for Eurasian and Interregional Studies, as well as undergraduate and graduate students of the K. Karasayev Bishkek State University (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic) and the Belarusian-Russian University (Mogilev, Republic of Belarus) participated in the conference. The conference focused on the history and prospects of Eurasian integration, the formation and functioning of the main integration institutions, issues of formation and evolution of the Eurasian space, as well as the influence of common cultural heritage and memory on those processes, the economy of Eurasia, including the development of its crypto-sector, the ideology of Eurasianism and its instrumentalisation in foreign policy of Eurasian countries, the gender aspects of internal policies of Eurasian states and etc. The abstracts of the best reports will be published in the e-journal “Eurasian Student Forum” (Russian State University for the Humanities).
