Abstract
The present invention relates to an active spinning training system. According to the present invention, a users biological state and exercise information are analyzed by the use of a biosignal obtained from an operation sensor, a brainwave sensor, and a pulse wave sensor and a rotation speed obtained from a rotation sensor attached to a spin bicycle and a spinning training image suitable for the user is provided. The present invention includes: a display device playing back a user-specific spinning training image; a memory device storing the spinning training image content; an operation sensor disposed in the display device and detecting a users movement; a brainwave sensor mounted on the users head and measuring the degrees of concentration and stability; a pulse wave sensor mounted on the users wrist and measuring the users pulse rate; a rotation sensor measuring the rotation speed of a disc drum and a spin bicycle on which the user rides; a data collection device collecting signal data from the operation sensor, the brainwave sensor, the pulse wave sensor, and the rotation sensor; and a control device analyzing user biological state and exercise information obtained from the data collection device and controlling the spinning training image content. According to the present invention, spinning exercise can be learned and experienced in an individual-specific manner, and thus the health and exercise performance of exercise participants can be improved.
