Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among positive psychological capital, job enthusiasm and job satisfaction of instructors in Taekwondo gymnastic. 196 instructors who were working in the Taekwondo gym were computerized according to purposive sampling method. Analysis methods were demographic frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis followed by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results obtained from this process are as follows. First, the elasticity optimism which is a sub factors of positive psychological capital of Taekwondo leader has a positive effect on all sub factors of job satisfaction i.e.,(work and compensation, interpersonal and pride). However, hope and self efficacy, which is a sub-factors of positive psychological capital, have a positive effect on interpersonal and pride, which are sub factors of job satisfaction. Second, the elasticity of optimism and hope, which are the sub factor of positive psychological capital of Taekwondo leader, have a positive effect on enthusiasm for job.
