Abstract

본 실험은 배부식 분무기 노즐 종류를 달리하여 농약을 살포하였을 경우 작물 중 농약잔류량에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 수행하였다. 배부식 인력분무기의 2구 디스크형 노즐과 배부식 동력분무기의 2구 선형노즐을 분구형상에 따라 I형은 분구가 하나, II형은 분구가 둘, III형은 분구가 셋으로 3가지 유형으로 구분하여 분무입경과 시간당 분무량을 조사하였다. 선형노즐 II형(상표명: D-3)이 압력 <TEX>$1.1{\pm}0.2$</TEX> MPa에서 분무입경 <TEX>$76{\mu}m$</TEX>, 단위 시간당 약제 살포량 2.4 L/min.으로, 선형노즐 II형 (상표명: D-35)가 압력 <TEX>$1.0{\pm}0.2$</TEX> MPa에서 분무입경 <TEX>$90{\mu}m$</TEX>, 단위 시간당 약제 살포량 2.6 L/min.으로 적정하다고 판단되었다. D-3의 분구 크기는 0.65 mm length <TEX>${\times}$</TEX> 0.45 mm width이고 D-35의 분구 크기는 0.62 mm length <TEX>${\times}$</TEX> 0.46 mm width 이였다. 들깻잎을 대상으로 노즐별 imidacloprid의 잔류량 차이를 비교하여 유의수준 5%에서 잔류량의 차이가 있었다. 디스크형 노즐과 선형노즐 I형이 <TEX>$3.76{\sim}3.92mg\;kg^{-1}$</TEX>으로 선형노즐 II형과 III형의 <TEX>$4.52{\sim}4.92mg\;kg^{-1}$</TEX>보다 잔류량이 적었다. 분무 노즐을 달리하여 농약살포시 들깻잎 중 잔류량의 차이가 있다고 판단되었다. This study was carried out to clarify the effects of the application of pesticide by different spray nozzle types on pesticide residues. The average droplet size and discharge rate were investigated when the manual compressed sprayer with two head disk type nozzle and the knapsack engine powered sprayer with two head fan shape nozzles were used. The fan type nozzles were classified into three types by the number of orifice in the nozzle. Three type nozzles tested were fan with one orifice, fan with two orifices and fan with three orifices. Fan (trade name : D-3) with 2.4 L/min. of the discharge rate and <TEX>$76{\mu}m$</TEX> of the average droplet size while maintaining constant pressure <TEX>$1.1{\pm}0.2$</TEX> MPa, and fan D-35 with 2.6 L/min. and <TEX>$90{\mu}m$</TEX> while maintaining constant pressure <TEX>$1.0{\pm}0.2$</TEX> MPa were appropriate. The orifice size of D-3 was 0.65 mm length <TEX>${\times}$</TEX> 0.45 mm width and the orifice size of D-35 was 0.62 mm length <TEX>${\times}$</TEX> 0.46 mm width. The residue levels of imidacloprid on perilla leaves among four applications by four different nozzles show significantly difference with 5% significance level. The residue levels <TEX>$3.76{\sim}3.92mg\;kg^{-1}$</TEX> by fan or disk type is smaller than <TEX>$4.52{\sim}4.92mg\;kg^{-1}$</TEX> by fan II or fan III. The residue levels of imidacloprid on perilla leaf were different depend on the spray nozzles type.
