Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 비정규직 사회복지사의 일 경험에 대해 심층적으로 탐구하여 사회복지실천현장에서 비정규직 사회복지사들이 겪는 어려움을 개선하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 비정규직 사회복지사 6명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰을 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Giorgi의 현상학적 방법에 근거하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 5가지 주제와 13개 하위주제가 도출되었다. 주요 주제들은 ‘잡힐 듯 잡히지 않는 신기루’, ‘고단한 삶의 연속’, ‘관계로 시작해서 관계로 끝남’, ‘사회복지현장의 민낯을 마주함’, ‘언제나 그 자리를 맴돎’ 5가지로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 비정규직 사회복지사의 고용안정성 확보와 근무여건 개선을 위한 방안에 대하여 제언하였다.
