Abstract

The development of entrepreneurship after the coronavirus in Russia is becoming more urgent than ever. The imposed restrictions and the current conditions will not affect in any way a large system-forming business, it will be difficult for representatives of medium and small business.
 There are many factors that have a negative impact on the growth of entrepreneurship, however, there is also a need to improve the business climate.
 Therefore, most of the factors lie in relations with the state. Key proposals include improving legislation that removes barriers, reducing the cost of “entering” the contract system, shaping appropriate tax and financial policies, and creating an entrepreneurial culture. But despite all the problems, business activity in Russia is developing. Obviously, this process is not as successful and efficient as it can be.
 Investing capital in the production of goods is always a risk for companies. But due to the risk, companies profit from the production of this product. It is important to comply with all laws, you need to act on the basis of legislation, as well as acquire all the licenses that are necessary for production and sale. These factors are key to the successful operation of an enterprise in a given pattern.
 In the process of forming certain internal and external conditions in the country, favorable directions are provided in the development of the functioning of entrepreneurial structures in a separate business environment.
 The business environment is a complex set of components that form the likelihood and ability to have entrepreneurship that promotes activity and economic development. Business environment factors test the efficiency of the work environment, affecting the ability of a business to operate and determining activity. Consequently, entrepreneurship is the development of external and internal factors of the research environment [8].
 Entrepreneurship in Russia is in its current situation in difficult conditions of existence and is associated with many problems that small businesses need to step out of the shadows, act outside the framework of the law, or on the map of destruction and complete bankruptcy. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly monitor the influence of external and internal factors to improve the business climate in Russia.
 Therefore, the issue of the development of entrepreneurship is highly dependent on the characteristics identified in the study of their impact on the development of entrepreneurship in Russia.
