Abstract

The design industry is rapidly evolving with new technologies and knowledge. IT developments have created an adaptable job market. Artificial intelligence, like Chat-GPT, is changing labor structures and production methods. Universities must enhance employability skills for design majors promptly. In this study, we explored design trends, addressed educational changes, and developed a design convergence curriculum. To boost employability, we modeled employability in connection with learning ability, enabling education consumers to plan their courses, careers, and employment. This study is significant for conceptualizing and presenting a design convergence education model.
