Abstract

In the conditions of a full-fledged war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, "hybrid" in form and "asymmetric" in content, the requirements for psychological support of the professional activity of servicemen are significantly increasing. Effective performance of combat missions is determined not only by the military-professional level and physical capabilities of troops (forces), but also by individual psychological qualities of the serviceman, his ideological (moral) disposition and motivational readiness, psychological ability to perform tasks as intended.Thus, the activities of personnel in combat are a significant source of mental stress and emotional experiences. Therefore, for the implementation of combat missions in the ongoing operation of the Joint Forces, it is important to qualitatively organize the scientific basis of psychological support, as part of the moral and psychological support of the use of troops (forces).Purpose. analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches to the psychological support of professional activity.Methods. The theoretical methods of research were used to solve the problems set in the work: analysis of scientific sources on the problem of research, synthesis, comparison, generalization.Originality. These provisions can to some extent be used as a methodological basis for research and development of a model of psychological support for special operations of units (small groups) of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Conclusion:1. Comparative analysis of approaches to understanding the essence and content of psychological support of professional activity is the basis of methodological understanding of the problem of psychological support of professional activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.2. Analysis of scientific sources and legal documents allows us to consider the psychological support of professional activity as a set of measures aimed at the formation, preservation, maintenance and restoration of optimal performance of professionals.3. We see the prospects for further research in the study of the experience of organizing psychological support in the armed forces of the world's leading countries and determining the features of psychological support of units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.psychological support; professional activity; target psychological resource.
