Abstract

Developed a scheme of tribological interactions of ink roller—technology environment on the basis of analysis factors of technological environment of printing process of offset printing. Identifies the key factors influencing of technological environment on properties of ink rollers. Factors that affect the performance of rollers divided into manageable fashion, which include technological and operational parameters, and party controlled –– construction and uncontrolled. Analyzing and controlling these factors can increase the resource efficiency of ink rollers.
