Abstract

In this study, the purpose of the study was to identify the causal relationship between human resource management and corporate trust and job satisfaction of tourism companies, and to present ways to achieve sustainable growth through practical application of human resource management.<BR> In order to achieve its purpose, the research was conducted from March 1 to March 31, 2021, and a total of 300 copies were distributed, and 282 copies (94.0%) of the collected questionnaires were finally used for empirical analysis. Frequency analysis, reliability, feasibility, and exploratory factor analysis were conducted using SPSS 24.0, confirmative factor analysis was conducted using AMOS 24.0, and structural equation analysis was conducted for hypothesis verification and the following results were obtained. First, the hypothesis that capacity enhancement and employment compensation factors of human resource management would have a significant positive effect on corporate trust was supported, but participation opportunity factors did not have a significant positive effect on corporate trust. Second, the hypothesis that sub-factors of human resource management and employment compensation factors would have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction was supported, but participation opportunity factors did not have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the hypothesis that trust in an entity would have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction was supported.
