Abstract

This study attempted to investigate the influence of organizational culture on organizational effectiveness against medical estheticians who are essential labor forces in medical aesthetics market. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed from June 3 to 5, and a total of 267 copies were collected and used for final analysis.
 The results found the followings: First, in terms of the effects of organizational culture on trust, as consensual culture and development culture improved, organizational trust increased. Second, in the influence of organizational culture on organizational effectiveness, as consensual culture and development culture improved, job satisfaction increased. Third, regarding the effects of trust on organizational effectiveness, as organizational trust and trust in supervisor improved, job satisfaction increased. Therefore, it is required to recognize the importance of medical estheticians’ roles and establish an organizational management system for proper labor management.
 It is anticipated that the study results would be helpful in developing a plan to build employees’ competency through goal achievements and accomplish customer satisfaction through effective marketing.
