Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of the political system of society, examines and examines the functions and the elemental composition of this legal institution. It is concluded that the political system of society is a set of state bodies and institutions authorized at the legislative level, political institutions that provide the basis for the functioning of state power. It is noted that theoretical developments are currently needed that can help all parts of the political system rationally adapt to changing norms and forms of public life.
