Abstract
본 연구는 간호대학생의 사회적 지지, 인성이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 재학 중인 간호 대학생으로 하였고, 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 통해 분석하였으며, 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, Pearson"s correlation, t-test, ANOVA 및 Multiple regression을 이용하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 사회적 지지는 평균 4.35±.57점, 인성은 평균 3.99±.44점, 간호전문직관은 평균 4.13±.44점으로 나타났으며, 변수들 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 지지와 인성이 높을수록 간호전문직관이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 일반적 특성에서 성별, 학과만족도와 가족관계에 따라 간호전문직관이 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호전문직관은 성별, 학과만족도, 가족관계, 사회적 지지와 인성이 높을수록 간호전문직관이 높은 것으로 41.8%의 설명력으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에 따라 간호전문직관을 높이기 위해 사회적 지지와 인성을 높일 수 있도록 전략 및 프로그램 개발이 요구된다고 사료된다. This descriptive research study was performed to investigate the effect of nursing students" social support and personality on nursing professionalism. The study subjects were undergraduate nursing students, and data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson"s correlation, the t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression. The average social support score of nursing college students was 4.35±.57, the average personality score was 3.99±.44, and the average nursing professionalism score was 4.13±.44. Higher social support and personality scores were related to higher professionalism. Furthermore, nursing professionalism was also related to gender, departmental satisfaction, and family relationships. Departmental satisfaction, family relationships, social support, and personality were related to higher levels of professionalism and had an explanatory power of 41.8%. In view of these results, strategies and programs are required to increase social support and personality scores in order to increase nursing professionalism.
