Abstract
The article is devoted to aspects of the implementation of substantive aspects of control activities in the sphere of procurement. The author consider the mechanisms of functioning of the public procurement system, the ways of its development, the process of carrying out control activities, taking into account the provisions enshrined in the legislation of the Russian Federation, their necessity and application in practice.
