Introduction

The beginning of the ХХІst century is characterized by the transition from an industrial economy to a post-industrial or knowledge economy, which is accompanied by qualitative changes both in the economy and in society. That is why the creation of new information and new knowledge began to play an increasingly important role in the creation and multiplication of national wealth, where scientific knowledge and specialized unique human skills became the key factors in the development of tangible and intangible production. The main source of productivity is not so much the influence of knowledge on the knowledge itself, but rather the strengthening of the creative abilities of a person in the creation and effective use of new scientific knowledge.
