Abstract

The article identifies the potential opportunities of using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system by construction organizations in the Russian Federation as part of their participation in public procurement. The main projections of BSC are considered, on which construction organizations of the Russian Federation should rely. The authors substantiate the socio-economic significance of using the Balanced Scorecard by the construction company in order to increase the competitiveness as a participant in the competition in public procurement, in particular, its positive influence on the quality of construction and installation works and the activation of innovative activity.
