Abstract

The article substantiates the idea that modern capital and modern plan are initially embedded in the structure of the product as a commodity and nomenclature. This initial potency logically unfolds to the conditions of the existing division of labor, unfolding in contradiction to specialization and concentration. If specialization dominates in this contradiction, capital arises; if concentration dominates, a plan arises. It is concluded that import substitution in Russia leads to the dominance of concentration and strengthening of the plan in the economy.
