Abstract
This article presents the methodological bases for the formation of information support strategy for logistical support of the organization. The paper offers a formalized presentation of the program of information support for logistical support of the organization. The article offers a justification of the approach on the basis of which the strategy of information support of logistical support of the organization should be formed. This proposed approach considers relevant information resources as components of an organization's overall information space, consisting of information fields of all objects related to the organization's logistics activities. The main facts that can justify the proposed approach are outlined. The information resource of logistical support of the organization in this paper is presented as a system of two components: information about the organization and its partners and information about competitors, obtained as a result of monitoring of logistics processes. The knowledge acquired by the staff as a result of training in the retraining and advanced training processes is suggested as part of the logistical process information resource. The main factors that should be considered in the strategic management of information support processes for logistical support of the organization are presented. Attention is drawn to the fact that information resources are the basis for building an effective system of training and retraining of personnel involved in logistics processes. The main tendencies and factors of economic development in the context of information and information economy, which have a decisive influence on the development of information support for logistic support of the organization, are considered. Such trends and factors were the "death of time", the speed factor, the factor of availability of information, the factor of growth of volumes and the intensity of communications, the factor of network globalization. The main issues that should be considered and addressed in the process of developing information support for logistical support of the organization are considered.
