Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the existing mechanism for stimulating the labor of personnel in the hotel service. Despite the stable positive dynamics of the development of the hotel industry and the increase in the number of average monthly personnel income remains at the dopandemic level, and the share of the wage fund in the revenue from sales of accommodation funds is an average of 30%, despite the fact that the hotel service refers to labor -intensive areas of activity. In this regard, there was an urgent need to develop progressive mechanisms for stimulating personnel in the hotel service.
