Abstract

The list of areas of interpenetration of constitutional law and anti-corruption regulation is analyzed. The author notes that the foundations of combating corruption in the Russian Federation are revealed through the norms of constitutional law contained both in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and in other sources that are either directly related to the tasks of combating corruption or make it possible to implement them. The need for the formation of anti-corruption standards is noted.
