Abstract
Centuries-old Russian-Ukrainian conflicts over Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk have escalated sharply since 2014. The falsifiers of history also contribute to their further deepening. which invent false myths and distort not only history but also current realities. Based on these invented theses, the legislative and executive bodies of those countries make unrealistic and extreme decisions in many cases. All that led to 2019. started a devastating war. A war that has become a touchstone for the formation of a new world order and has a direct impact on all countries and peoples, including RA and all Armenians. Once again, the Armenian issue, which has not been discussed, has appeared in this unfavorable situation and has been suspended.
