Abstract

In the article, the problems of the development of innovative business models in the Republic of Armenia in the conditions of the digital transformation of the economy are considered. Business models were considered in the context of innovative development and modernization of organizations in the existing digital environment. The main classes of innovative business models, the main directions of their manifestation in the high-tech business environment of Armenia and existing problems were studied. In the article, innovative business models are considered from the point of view of the relationship between key parameters characteristic of business models. The features of the Canvas business model and the possibilities of its localization in the Republic of Armenia were studied on the example of the VIVA MTS company.
