Abstract

Naŭry II necropolis is part of the archaeological complex Naŭry of the Miadziel District, Minsk Region of the Republic of Belarus. The excavations led here in 2017—2020 brought to discovery of some flat burials of the Smolensk-Polack Long Barrows Culture, which were then studied on a fairly large area, which can be dated to the 8 th — beginning/first half of the 11 th century (the second cultural and chronological horizon of the functioning of the cemetery). All studied burials belong to the cremations performed outside and are divided into two types: type I — cremations in the mainland pits, type II — cremations on the surface.
