Abstract
Представлены сведения о защитном действии экзогенного белка теплового шока 70 кДа (Heat Shock Protein, Hsp70) при моделировании острого инфаркта миокарда у крыс. Проведено исследование защитного действия Hsp70 при его однократном внутривенном введении в дозе 250 мкг/кг крысам с острым инфарктом миокарда. На основании полученных экспериментальных данных выявлено, что этот белок снижает размер инфаркта с (39,0 ± 3,4) % до (24,6 ± 3,9) %, по сравнению с контролем, высказано предположение о кардиопротективной роли внеклеточного Hsp70.
