Abstract
For the first time, the energy band value λ' of true-secondary electrons and photoelectrons of pure theta≤1 monolayer-thick CdTe and CdTe with Ba films has been estimated. It is shown that with a decrease in the surface work function by 2 eV, the value of λ' increases by 1.2–1.3.
