Abstract

The Business Model Canvas and the 5Force model were used as core methodologies, whereas market approaches such as Internet research were used to supplement the research. As a result of this study, by linking and analyzing BMC and 5Force model as a correlation, three of the five competitive factors of the 5Force model were selected: bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, and threat of new entrants, and all nine essential factors of BMC were included in the bargaining power of suppliers. It was confirmed that four out of the nine factors corresponded to the bargaining power of buyers, whereas five out of the nine factors were closely correlated with each competitive factor for the threat of new entrants.
