Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of acceleration core stabilization on anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction in soccer player after exercise training were performed for 24 weeks with case study. This study compared and analyzed the effects of isokinetic muscle function and visual analog scale(VAS) of soccer player on ACL reconstruction. 1. The isokinetic muscular function of the knee increased at the angular velocity of 60°/sec and the peak torque extension was similar to the unaffected side of the affected side. 2. The isokinetic muscular function of the knee increased at the angular velocity of 60°/sec and the peak torque flexion was similar to the unaffected side of the affected side. 3. The knee VAS decreased significantly after exercise training than before exercise training.
