Исследование взаимодействия бромистого этидия с самокомплементарным дезокситетрануклеотидом 5-d(A)СpGpT) в водном растворе методом 1Н-ЯМР спектроскопии

Introduction

Таким обра­ зом, при исследовании комплексообразования бромистого этидия с d(ACGT) следует учитывать возможности избирательного связывания красителя с определенными сайтами тетрамера как в дуплексной, так и в мономерной формах. Предварительно выполненные отнесения сигналов протонов тетрануклеотида и красителя позволили отождествить спектры смешанных растворов и выявить возможные связи ядер молекул бромистого этидия и тетрамера.
