Two-dimensional homonuclear ]H NMR spectroscopy was used for qualitative analysis of the nature of interactions of ethidium bromide with tetranucleotide
Concentration dependences of proton chemical shifts of the molecules have been measured at fixed temperature (T=298K)

Таким обра зом, при исследовании комплексообразования бромистого этидия с d(ACGT) следует учитывать возможности избирательного связывания красителя с определенными сайтами тетрамера как в дуплексной, так и в мономерной формах. Предварительно выполненные отнесения сигналов протонов тетрануклеотида и красителя позволили отождествить спектры смешанных растворов и выявить возможные связи ядер молекул бромистого этидия и тетрамера.
