Abstract
The analysis of the budget of the Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund shows that in 2021–2023, despite the difficult financial situation associated with the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection, the volume of financial support for the compulsory health insurance system will continue to grow.Major changes in the financial flows in the mandatory health insurance system are associated with the adoption of Fed-eral Law № 430-FZ of December 8, 2020 «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Mandatory Health Insurance in the Russian Federation».Therefore, the assessment of the main changes in the financial support of the compulsory health insurance system is carried out taking into account these main factors.
