Abstract
Fungal sinusitis is relatively common disease and rarely develops complications. However, in immunocompromised patients, it tends to invade surrounding tissues and cause orbital complications. Recently, we treated a patient with locally invasive fungal sinusitis resulting in optic nerve damage. Here, we report this case with a review of the relevant literature.
