Abstract
The article justifi es the need for the development of criminalistic means of combating biological weapons at the border areas. This is triggered by results of analysis of documents obtained in the course of the special military operation that confi rm joint eff orts of Ukraine and the USA aimed at the development of dangerous viruses that may be used to create biological weapons to be used against Russia. The authors suggest criminalistic means to be used by border control units in border checkpoint of the Russian Federation based on scientifi c achievements of Russian scientists.
