Abstract

In this paper, we have considered the issues of optimizing the movement of a forklift during its digital operation in a separate warehouse of the agro-industrial complex. Digital operation of forklifts in the warehouse of the agro-industrial complex will make it possible to implement an intelligent process of using and managing transport and technological means to perform various types of warehouse operations using digital technologies (Research purpose) The research purpose is substantiating the need of introducing a system of digital operation of equipment in warehouses of the agro-industrial complex in various modes of its operation. (Materials and methods) They showed individual trajectories of the forklift truck in the warehouse using innovative technologies, offered empirical dependencies that give a clear idea of the possible routes from the place of loading to the place of unloading and vice versa. (Results and discussion) Experimental studies on the implementation and implementation of the digital operation system of forklifts were carried out at the enterprise «Orinino» of the Morgaushsky district of Chuvashia. It was determined that as a result of using the new digital system, having information about a specific warehouse, transportation assignment, weight, dimensions and other characteristics of the cargo, it is possible to create an eventual optimized loader trajectory as a combination of linear and nonlinear sections. At the same time, the speed and the value of the permissible angle of rotation are set all along the way, and a database with data compiled in advance for a specific warehouse allows you to «suggest the direction» to the loader to the eventual optimal path in the event of various kinds of deviations from the intended trajectory that are inevitable for the real case of operation. (Conclusions) Intelligent control of a forklift truck using a digital operation system will provide a direct impact on increasing its productivity in the warehouses of the agro-industrial complex.
