Abstract

The housing reconstruction project is an essential process for the city to further develop and modernize. The demolition of existing buildings and the construction of new buildings play a major role in improving the infrastructure and residential environment of the area. The housing reconstruction project is a government-regulated project aimed at reorganizing existing urban areas and improving them in functional, environmental and social aspects. These projects are mainly aimed at densely populated areas or areas that are structurally old and need improvement, and are promoted for the purpose of urban regeneration, efficiency of land use, and residential environment improvement. Therefore, in order to facilitate the reconstruction project, it is suggested that the reconstruction conditions required by the members be examined by referring to the preference factors of the members, and the results of the survey analysis are presented as follows. First, in the internal environment, four factors show significant preference factors: ⅰ) structure, ⅱ) storage space, ⅲ) noise, and ⅳ) finishing materials. Second, public facilities have four significant preferences: parking facilities, public facilities, safety facilities, and safety. Third, as for the external environment, four factors such as public transportation, convenience facilities, educational environment, and parks around them show significant preference factors. Fourth, facility management shows significant preference factors: ⅰ) cleaning status, ⅱ) facility maintenance, and ⅲ) safety management.
