Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of experience with robot baristas on the quality of relationships and intention to reuse. This study was limited to users with experience with robot baristas in the Seoul area and used a Judgment sampling method among non-probability sampling methods. The survey questions consisted of a total of 19 items, and an online survey was conducted using Google. The data used in this study was the SPSS 27.0 program. As a result of hypothesis testing, Hypothesis 1 experience had a positive (+) effect on the quality of relationships. Hypothesis 2 Relationship quality had a positive (+) effect on reuse intention. Hypothesis 3 Experience had a positive effect on intention to reuse. This study is different from existing research by conducting a study on the impact of experience with a robot barista on relationship quality and reuse intention. We hope that the analysis results will be used as basic academic data and achievements in food tech-related fields.
