Abstract

본 연구에서는 중 저층 아파트 발코니 창호에 대한 강풍취약도를 구축하였다. 강풍취약도를 평가하기 위하여 아파트 발코니 창호 시스템에 작용하는 풍하중과 창호 저항성능의 통계치를 비교하는 몬테카를로 모사모형이 개발되었다. 건축물 높이 폭, 지붕형태 등이 상이한 12개의 아파트 모형에 설치된 아파트 발코니 창호가 개발된 신뢰도 개념 기반의 모사모형을 통하여 평가되었다. 강풍취약도는 3가지 지표면조도구분(B, C, D)에서 4가지 파괴상태에 따라 평가되었으며 로그정규분포의 모수를 이용하여 최종적으로 모형화 되었다. 본 연구방법론을 통하여 구축된 강풍취약도는 강풍지역에 건설된 중 저층 아파트의 잠재적 피해정도를 평가하기 위하여 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This paper presents an assessment of extreme wind fragility for balcony windows installed in mid/low-rise apartments. A Monte Carlo simulation model is developed to estimate extreme wind fragility by comparing the statistics of resistances of balcony windows and wind pressures. Balcony windows installed in twelve prototype apartments considering different building heights & widths and roof shapes are investigated using simulation and system reliability concepts. Fragilities estimated in this study are developed with the consideration of three exposure categories (ie., B, C and D) & four damage levels and are modeled using parameters of lognormal distribution as their final forms. The assessed fragility obtained by the described methodology can be used when potential damages of mid/low-rise apartments need to be estimated in high wind regions.
