Abstract
Представлены результаты оценки влияния условий эквилибрации на жизнеспособность дозревших in vitro ооцитов крупного рогатого скота после витрификации в триацетатцеллюлозных полых волокнах. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что одним из факторов, положительно влияющих на выживание ооцитов КРС после витрификации, является снижение гиперосмотического стресса за счет уменьшения концентрации проникающих криопротекторов в растворе эквилибрации.
