ПРОБЛЕМИ РОЗВИТКУ ЗАЛІЗНИЧНОГО ТРАНСПОРТУ УКРАЇНИ ТА ЇХ ВИРІШЕННЯ

Abstract

The article deals with problems of development of railway transport of Ukraine. The current state of rolling stock, the main indicators of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" is analyzed. The financial result of the enterprise activity and the tariff system is investigated. It was revealed that over the last year of activity of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsya" has finally become profitable. Innovations in railway transport were considered. For effective change, you need to change the minds of leaders, staff and youth.Rail transport is the leading branch of the Ukrainian economy, which provides its internal and external transport and economic relations and users of the population in transportation. Activities of the railway transport as part of a single transport system of the country contributes to the normal functioning of all sectors of social production, social and economic development.Due to the current availability of debts, depreciation of rolling stock and other negative factors of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" and its railways provide the necessary amount for transportation and supply to the national economy.It is necessary to improve the quality, standards of work of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsya", to become the most socially responsible company in Ukraine. To this end, the Corporate Social Responsibility Department was created, which will re-examine existing problems and help social workers understand how to do better, become more profitable in the same framework, with existing resources and attract new ones.For effective change, you need to change the minds of leaders, staff and youth. PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" requires indifferent, responsible, professional personnel. You can educate them through the space of education and culture. Now education and science are devalued and degrade with catastrophic speed. And we are trying to train skilled personnel and do science not through, but against the system.
