Abstract
This article discusses the principles, functions and methods of business management as a special case of management of the organization that has its own characteristics. The authors’ methodological position is based on the fact that the results of entrepreneurial activity are influenced by the efficiency of the use of enterprise resource as one of the factors of production. They offer their own algorithm of estimating the efficiency of business activities.
