Abstract
The article examines the possibilities of modernizing the operations of the central bank; its analysis regarding the structure of the market is carried out. The modern directions of studying the structure of the interbank lending market (MBC) are considered in order to thoroughly identify the location that holds the MBC market in the structure of the financial market. The markets acting as segments of the financial market of such order as currency, stock, fixed income instruments, and derivatives, insurance are analyzed. The issues of organizing new financial institutions and instruments are discussed, modern regulatory instruments are analyzed, and current ways of reorganizing the provision of financial services in the interests of improving the indicators of the national economy are analyzed.
