Abstract
Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа исходов оперативного лечения у 106 пострадавших с вертельными переломами бедренной кости в сроки от 1 до 11 лет. Выявлено статистически достоверное улучшение исходов лечения у пациентов, получавших лечение в соответствии с предложенной авторами системой лечебно-реабилитационных мероприятий. Это позволяет рекомендовать рассмотренные нововведения к широкому практическому применению.
